My Pumpkin Patch Adventure!

We arrived and mom immediately pulled out her camera
then I got to touch a pumpkin with dad
mom made me pose for some pictures
and Gerty and Granddad wanted one too
 mom made me laugh
 dad made me fly
we searched for the perfect pumpkin
making sure we found the perfect pumpkin
dad cut my pumpkin for me (he said I could do it next year)
 so excited about my pumpkin
 petting my new friend
 I really loved the hayride
I was not going to stop looking at that big tire on the tractor go round and round
I wanted to play in the corn in the trough...so mom got in with me
mom made corn fall from the sky
dad put corn on moms head
 I loved the corn
and I really wanted to put it in my mouth
then I drove the tractor with dad
and mom wanted a ride too
It was the perfect afternoon!

Lions and Tigers and Whales??? Oh My!

I am one tired mamma!  My sweet friend Cameran and I loaded up the SUV early Saturday morning and headed to Atlanta.  We had given ourselves two days to visit the Aquarium, the coke museum, and the zoo (and try to squeeze in a little college football!)  With two excited boys on board, we started out on our adventure.  It was so much fun getting to see these landmarks through the eyes of our children.  Braden was so full of questions!  It was so neat to watch him experience the animals that he has always read about in books right in front of his eyes.  Charlie looked at everything and took it all in.  It was definately an unforgettable trip with lifelong friends...or as Braden would say...his buddy Charlie!
Charlie could not take his eyes off all of the fish!
"Riding" the seahorse
Braden trying so hard not to let baby Charlie fall!
I love how it captured our reflection in the glass!
 Deepo, the aquarium mascot!
 Coke Museum
 Waiting at the Coke Museum
Charlie tasting coke from around the world!
Ready for dinner and to support our Auburn Tigers
 Bed Buddies
 First ride on the carousel
 Cameran and Braden
Ready to ride the train at the zoo
Second ride on the carousel...Charlie loved it!
Mom look...I can do it all by myself!
 Second ride on the train
 Braden and the baby Panda
Looking at the Giraffes and Zebras
Charlie wanted to be a lion!
Do you think they had a good trip?

Charlie's Baby Dedication!

Charlie was dedicated at church on Sunday, October 3.  He is so lucky to have such a wonderful support system that is constantly praying for him and loving him unconditionally!  We attended church at 9:45 and then we had lunch at Moore's Mill Club.  It was such a special day!  Thank you to everyone who came and spent the day with us!  It meant so much!
